Today the recommendations that I will make are addressed to the teachers of the schools of all the cycles, so that they know some of the super cool and interesting proposals that they can take into account to schedule the outings of the new school year with the Guia de turisme escolar al Maresme. What, shall we? Here we go!

• Playful activities

Recreational activities we have a wide range. From visits to the wineries to learn about the production process of DO Alella wines, going through more refreshing activities such as sailing trips, escape rooms that can be done in the same school, horse or donkey rides, adventure circuits in trees, water parks... or activities as sweet as watching the production of wafers and trying them. You will not be left without a proposal that fits you. I'm totally sure!

• Museums and interpretation centers

The pedagogical proposals of the museums and interpretation centers are very well worked and they have activities and workshops to carry out for the different levels. What do you think about taking us back to Iberian and Roman times? Or visit a lighthouse, a water mine or a painting museum? You will not lack ideas for activities to learn more about our region.

• Historical archives

Municipal archives don't have to be boring. The documents hide very exciting and interesting stories. How do you see if we immerse ourselves in learning more about our town or city? Surely we will know more about who was the character that has the name of my street or the link of my town with some other country.

• Routes

It is when you visit a town or a space that you seriously chat! Guided tours to learn with the music of poetry, about the works of some architects, about nature, with stories and legends, about pirates and castles... Choose the one that best suits you... It will be hard for you to choose!

• Nature schools

The proposals of the nature schools are very interesting. Touch and listen workshops, to find out more about bees, what we know about climate change, forest tasting... Sustainability is part of the DNA and that is that the Maresme is very natural and we must preserve it.

• Farm visits

How is cheese produced? What is a farm like inside? How is the jam made? And the clean spot, how is it inside? Surely you will find an activity to get to know the inside of agricultural and livestock production that can make schoolchildren discover the cycle of nature.

• Natural parks

The biodiversity of the Maresme natural parks is beastly!! It has a wide range of routes, activities to learn about the flora, fauna, and geology of the region that you won't know where to start!!!

• Urban parks and recreation areas

What do you want to combine the educational outing with an urban park or a recreation area to eat or do some activity? Be sure to consult the park list that you will find attached. No outing will be this much fun!

• Hostels and colony houses

Is it time to prepare the colonies? El Maresme has some houses and hostels that will offer you accommodation and meals, as well as activities to close ranks and enjoy the class group.
