Musicians in Residence XIX Maresme Chamber Music Festival

Musicians in Residence is a chamber music project promoted by the City Council of Alella that was born in 2010. A group of musicians who develop an international career, together with emerging musicians, make a stay in Alella to prepare for the concerts.

All his essays are open to the public, with the aim of bringing everyone closer to the process of musical interpretation and of allowing them to see, understand and capture the intense work of the performers. Over seventy musicians have participated in its editions.

Guest musicians are staying in private homes of partners and collaborators, one of the distinguishing features of the project. The reception of these families is complemented by the involvement of shops and entities from all over the town that make Musicians in Residence a project of coexistence and community.
