The architectural splendor at Masnou

Inside the old town of Masnou, we find buildings of a monumental aspect or of a traditional type, designed by architects or master builders, active since the mid-19th century, who enjoyed considerable prestige in the capital: Antoni Rovira i Trias, Miquel Garriga and Roca, Francesc-Daniel Molina, Gaietà Buigas i Monravà, Enric Fatjó i Torras, Pere Bassegoda i Mateu, Bonaventura Bassegoda i Amigó, and also Domènec Boada i Piera, Joan Bruguera, Josep Canudas, etc.

With this itinerary, the visitor will be able to discover the elements of modernist architecture that are still present in the town of Masnou, through the visit, from the outside, of private houses, as well as the interior of a municipal building, the House of Culture.
